How long does each module take?
Depending on the module, a module will take between 30 minutes to 90 minutes to complete.
Can I retake the course without having to pay for it again?
Yes! You have the option to retake the course once you finish the course. On the “Results of Knowledge Check Questions”, you have the option to review the quiz questions, print the quiz questions or retry the quiz questions. If you chose to “Retry”, this will erase all answers and your score and take you to the beginning of the training module for you to retake the module.
Will I get a course certificate?
Yes! Once you complete the training session, you will either receive a Certificate of Completion or a Certification of Participation depending on your quiz score. On the course certificate slide you have the option to print the certificate. The name and date you put in on the first slide will be the name that appears on the course certificate.
What is the passing score to be successful?
A score of 80% is required to “pass” the training and receive a Certificate of Completion. If you score is less than 80%, you will receive a Certificate of Participation.
How do I retake a quiz?
If you wish to retake a quiz, you will need to finish the course. To finish the course, you must advance to the “Results of Knowledge Check Questions” slide. On the “Results of Knowledge Check Questions” slide, you have the option to review the quiz questions, print the quiz questions or retry the quiz questions. If you chose to “Retry”, this will erase all answers and your score and take you to the beginning of the training module for you to retake the module and the quizzes. There is NO options to retake a single quiz.

How do I end the course?
To end the course, you must advance to a course certificate. Once you advance to a course certificate, the course will be marked as completed and you will NOT be able to go back into the course, view slides, or retake the course.
